What is Giclée ?
Giclée is the first and only fine art print to be made with an ink jet printer. Pronounced, zhee'clay, the quality of a giclee print is far superior to all other forms of printing. Giclee printing requires the use of pigment-based inks. The archival inks and papers we use are made by the top manufacturers. The advantages of using pigment-based inks are superiority of color tone, longer lifespan, lasting up to 100-200 years, and reduced possibility of smearing or staining. For exquisite, high-quality reproductions, giclee really is the best way to go.
